Set a limit on the distracting apps that consume your free time. When it runs out, the block screen nudges you towards the habit you said you'd do instead. Read for ten minutes. Go for a walk. Journal. Repeat this day after day and you start to build consistency.
HOW IT WORKS

- When a limit hits, you're pointed at your habit, not just a block

LIMITS THAT HOLD
- Once a limit hits, it only resets the next day. No bumping one hour to two at 11pm.

PERFECT DAYS
Finish your scheduled habits and keep your limits intact, and that's a perfect day. Two arcs fill as you go, one for habits and one for focus, so you can tell at a glance whether today is on track.
HOURGLASSES
Accumulate perfect days and you unlock hourglasses. There are 50, each with its own design and story, from Aurora at the start to Twilightfall at the end. Every one you unlock recolors the app. Progress you can look at, not just a number.
MISS A DAY, KEEP THE STREAK
