PlotTech is the compliance app for UK housebuilders. Quality, Energy and Fire — three workflows that used to mean three apps, three logins and three sets of photos — now live in one place, plot by plot.
Built for site managers, inspectors, SAP assessors and directors, PlotTech replaces paper, spreadsheets and the camera roll with one structured system: Site → Plot → Task → Section → Subsection → Evidence.

Hit Capture from anywhere in the app and snap a photo without opening a plot first — PlotTech routes it to the right plot, section and subsection afterward. Every photo is geo-stamped and locked to its location, plot and task, so nothing gets lost.
WORKS ON SITE AND OFF-GRID
Capture inspections in a basement, a lift shaft or a field of mud. PlotTech is offline-first: it queues your work and syncs automatically the moment you're back online. No lost data, no re-keying at the office.
