Clean, Simple, and Surprisingly Powerful for iPad Notes

I’ve been using Notes for iPad for a few days now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The interface is clean and minimal, which makes it easy to focus without distractions. It feels very natural to use with Apple Pencil — writing is smooth and responsive.I especially like how intuitive the layout is. It didn’t take me long to understand how everything works, and creating new notes or organizing them feels effortless. The app loads quickly and runs smoothly without lag.Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a simple but functional digital notebook on iPad. I’m excited to keep using it for both quick notes and longer writing sessions.
No mention of mandatory subscription until setup complete

Just to be clear, I do not object to paying for apps. What irritates me about this one is that there was no indication of any cost — until after installing and creating a profile. That took too long, and required unnecessary information from me. Like I was making a commitment. They do offer a 3 day trial and the annual cost is reasonable. However, I want to check out several products today. I’m not certain what I’m looking for. I specifically looked in the description for mention of a cost, or free and premium versions. There was none. I really am not interested in having my chain yanked in this manner. I might well have tried your product. But, crucial information was withheld from me, so I could not make an informed decision. Rather I’m making a different decision. Based on my experience with setting up your product, and with the seemingly deliberate shielding of payment, I am deciding not to try your product.

There are far too many beautiful notetaking apps and calendar and planner apps where you can write everything in with your Apple Pencil that do not cost nearly as much as this does. I feel like this developer just vibe codes, a bunch of planning apps since that is the common theme here
New templates: Daily Schedule, Lesson Planner, Curriculum Tracker, Reading Log, Progress Report, Deep Work Session, Life Dashboard, Guided Reflection, Habit Architect, Brainstorm Canvas.
