One tap brings up 911, 988 and overdose steps, then connects you with a person: an urgent message to your own professional, or a 24-hour messaging session with a certified interventionist. One session is included each billing cycle.
YOUR TREATMENT TEAM, IN THE LOOP
Connect your interventionist, treatment center, therapist, coach, sober living or IOP with a code. A parent or partner chooses exactly what they can see and can change it anytime. When care moves to the next provider, your history can move with you — only with your approval.
FOR PROFESSIONALS
A caseload that shows which families need you, with their consent. Message families, assign tasks, schedule sessions and keep private notes. The AI Assistant prepares session summaries and next steps. Hand families off between levels of care, and give them your logo and colors throughout their app. Families you work with get Family Plus included.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
AI features stay off until you agree, and you can turn them off anytime. Your information is never sold or used for advertising, and our AI provider doesn't train on it. The person in recovery never sees intervention letters, conversation notes or Family Insights. Delete your account anytime in the app.
