I was very skeptical of this app at first. However, this changed the game for me and my dog baby. Having the ability to choose and customize what works for my dog, how long I have to do a session, and exactly what activity we are doing is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve tried many different training apps before and ended up either never having time for it or the trainings just completely not working. Being able to choose the time frame was a big plus for me since I’m a busy mom who also works. I think that this app is the holy grail of dog training. And in my personal experience using it, it’s been less than 1 week and I can wholeheartedly say that my dog has better manners (such as no jumping) and knows more than a a couple of days ago. The trainings were very effective with my 5 year old dog. I highly recommend this app to anyone who has a dog but doesn’t have a ton of time everyday!

I found the training techniques used on Fido to be very helpful and effective, and I plan to integrate them into mine and my pets routine! It included many training techniques that I have learned previously from experience trainers, so I know they are legit. I love the concept of the app, and it’s great that it has all these resources in one place! It definitely makes things easier. This app is primarily operated by AI which can be helpful, but I personally amnot a fan of it. I much prefer to consume content written by human beings, and for those credible humans to be properly compensated and credited for their contributions. There are plenty of pet loving humans out there with the education and experience to contribute to an app like this and I’d love to hear more from them in an app format like this. Again, I love the concept and content, so If you like using AI this app is for you! The customization, customer support, training cards, and even wellness articles are written or operated by AI. Even the photos are AI generated. Although the AI chatbot has helpful responses and the AI training cards are accurate, they don’t do anything that could not be done by a real human. I wish the wellness articles were written by real journalists, and the chat support was a real representative.

The daily activities feel personalized from the start after you answer a few questions upfront and the app builds a plan around your dog and your schedule. I love that you can set how much time you have available so it’s not overwhelming AND you set the energy level of your dog. It takes the guesswork out of training and keeps you consistent, which is honestly the hardest part. We loved using it with our puppy and our older dog. I wish we could save favorite activities (maybe I just couldn’t find that part) but other than that we will certainly continue using. Really works well for busy dog owners!

I really love the time and energy filters for "in-the-moment" training suggestions. It’s a favorable feature for neurodivergent individuals or anyone who needs that extra scaffolding to stay consistent. The level of detail in the onboarding also goes way beyond your basic, superficial questionnaire.My only notes for the developers are regarding visual accessibility:1. Dynamic Type Support: I have my device's native text settings set to extra-large, but the app ignores this and renders the text incredibly small. This makes it very tough to read and refocus on while actively training a dog.2. Scroll Fade: The scrolling for each step prematurely fades out at about 50% of the screen height, preventing you from bringing the current step to the top of the screen.
