Start tonight's wind-down from Apple Health, a manual heart-rate reading, or simply how you feel. No Apple Watch required. When your day is over but your mind and body are still moving, Vagaloom gives you one simple bedtime ritual instead of another content library to browse. Choose a starting point: • Read the latest available heart-rate sample from Apple Health • Enter a heart-rate reading manually • Continue without heart rate and describe how you feel Heart rate is always optional, and no Apple Watch is required. Vagaloom uses your check-in to set the beginning of a focused soundscape, then moves gradually through Match, Transition, and Settle phases. It does not continuously monitor your heart rate or provide real-time biofeedback. After a session, record how you feel and optionally compare a newer heart-rate snapshot. Snapshots are brief context, not a medical assessment or proof of treatment.
