A couple days ago this would’ve been a very negative review, but Dogg House support made it right. I accidentally placed an entry twice with a lot more money than I was comfortable playing because no confirmation was shown that the pick was going though. Originally they told me they couldn’t refund me because the games had already started even though I communicated it as soon as the error was made, which was an hour and half before. Luckily the bet hit and they responded to my upset email calling them out and told me they understood my frustration and gave me a free pick for my troubles even though the bet hit. They do care about you and aren’t here to just take your money!

Was a bit skeptical because I have been through the ringer with casino apps such as this,but that was not the case. I downloaded Dogg House Casino and attempted to deposit $100. It was declined by my bank because my bank marked their casino as fraudulent. At this point I look into if Snoop Dogg is even actually affiliated with this casino in any way. I get confirmation that he is and figured that was enough for me to tell my bank that this is not fraudulent and that I meant to make the charge. My bank then lets me make my deposit, I play with my funds for a few hours, and am ready to withdraw. My actual gaming experience was completely fine, however when I attempted to withdrawal I got a message saying that the transaction failed because “We are looking into this request to keep your account safe. Please contact support for assistance” At this point I reach out to customer support, they take a long time to respond, then tell me that they have suspended my account due to my debit card being reported as stolen. I found this to be a ridiculous response as my card was never reported as stolen, and if it were it would be completely canceled. Anyways, I provide them proof that I am the owner of my debit card within an hour or two of them responding to me (20 hours after I originally reach out)I’ve now spent over a week talking to their support team through both x and email. They ask me to prove that I own the card I deposited with, then they do not answer. DO NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO.

Let me just start by saying I’m not normally one to come back and leave reviews. However, I have to say I am very impressed with the response from Customer Service. I had an issue in the sports betting area at first I didn’t want to message because I honestly expected to wait 3 to 5 days for a response not these guys. I got a response within 24 hours only one response and it actually told me that it was fixed and to let them know if there was any more problems. And the problem was fixed. I really am impressed within with the time that they responded and fixed my issue I have no complaints of anything else in this game so far I’ll be back to update if that’s it amazing so far impressive.
