Version 1.1.4 is mostly about weight. Nobody likes hearing that, but your pets won't mind. WEIGHT, YOUR WAY - Pick pounds or kilograms once, and PetDeets uses it everywhere: Essential Info, Health Trends and vet visits. Your choice carries over to the web app too. - Health Trends is easier to find. There's a button on both the Health and History cards, and tapping your pet's weight in Essential Info takes you straight to the chart. - Busy pets get their full weight history. If you log a lot of meds, meals and potty breaks, older weigh-ins could get crowded off the chart. They're back. - Weight recorded during a vet visit now shows up in your pet's weight history. DAILY CARE - Checkmarks stay checked. If the app refreshed at exactly the wrong moment, a medication you'd just marked done could briefly flip back. Rude. Fixed. FLOCKS AND TANKS - Flock weather logs save properly now. They didn't before, and we owe the chickens an apology. - Aquarium temperatures logged in Celsius no longer set off a false low-temperature warning. A cozy 24°C tank was never in danger. Your pets don't wait for a good signal — and now PetDeets doesn't either. - Stay signed in through hiccups. A slow connection or a momentary server blip no longer signs you out. PetDeets only asks you to sign in again when it truly needs to. - Know when you're offline. If PetDeets can't reach our servers, a small banner says so — with a Retry button — instead of covering your screen or pretending your session expired. Your Daily Dos stay right where they are. - Faster Daily Dos. Ticking off a task now refreshes just the day you're looking at, so checkmarks land quicker and use less data. - Smoother account recovery. If you sign in with a passkey while your account is pending deletion, you'll be offered the chance to restore it instead of hitting a dead end. Mark a task done right from the notification — no need to open the app. Available on task and meal reminders. Feeding and care schedules now stretch to any interval up to a year, with one-tap presets for the common ones. Snakes, tortoises, and anyone else who doesn't eat every day are properly supported. New "Assigned to me" filter on Daily Dos, so you can focus on your own list — while anything overdue stays visible to everyone. Fixed: a completed task could occasionally show as unchecked, making it look like a dose or meal had been missed when it hadn't. Checkmarks now tell the truth. Fixed: un-checking a group of tasks on a past day now works, including when you're offline and it syncs later. If part of a batch doesn't save, we now tell you instead of quietly moving on. Habitats now offer only the species they can actually house.
