Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after the 7-day free trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
Existing subscribers who signed up at heyrosie.com can log in to manage their service. No additional purchase is required.

They hijack your phone line without telling you after you cancel.

I got the trial to test it on my business and decided against it so I cancelled the trial thinking that would be good. Nope they still have your phone line so when customers call it says there is a problem with your Rosie subscription even though you told them you wanted it cancelled. Thank god one of my friends happened to call my business number and told me it was not working. Who knows how many potential customer calls I missed over the 3-4 days they were stealing my calls with no option for customers to get in contact with me.

I love Rosie this system works great for my needs.
We're always working to make Rosie better for your business. This update includes:
- Holiday and special hours: set one-off closures or custom hours for specific dates in Business Hours
- Bulk actions: select multiple conversations at once to mark them read, star or archive them
- Quieter notifications: spam and hang-up call alerts are now off by default (you can turn them back on in Notification settings)
- Bug fixes and stability improvements
