Tasks can include clear instructions, rewards, and photo-based completion, so screen time becomes tied to real-world progress instead of endless scrolling.

New App Interruptions give each selected app its own use-and-break cycle, while Daily App Limits keep individual apps blocked until tomorrow once their time is up. Also new: - Blocking Templates: start Deep Focus, Quick Breaks, Sleep Mode, or a 4-Hour Limit in seconds. - Clearer limit controls and notifications, so you always know when a break starts or ends.
