We updated the app to add an explicit in-app AI privacy consent flow before any AI request is sent. Before a user can use AI features, the app now clearly discloses: - what data is sent: AI prompts, recognized receipt text, and finance summary context - who receives it: our Finance Tracker server hosted on Railway and OpenAI through our backend relay - that no data is sent for AI features until the user taps Allow & Continue Users can decline, continue using non-AI/manual features, and revoke consent later in Settings > AI. We also updated the privacy policy to describe the data collected, how it is collected, how it is used, and that AI-related data may be shared with Railway-hosted backend infrastructure and OpenAI for AI feature fulfillment.
