I've been learning Spanish for years. I started with Duolingo. It helped me build vocabulary, but I still struggled to read or speak Spanish in real-world situations.After a few days with Lingo Tales, my skills have jumped from beginner to intermediate! Lingo Tales bridges the gap between random vocabulary to actually READING in a new language. The personalized stories are engaging and followed by fun vocabulary and comprehension games to reinforce what you've learned.Lingo Tales is the perfect next step for anyone who's outgrown Duolingo and wants to use their new language skills in a more meaningful and intellectual way. Awful app, nothing useful

I used this app a few times, and honestly, I didn’t understand the point of it at all. After creating an account and logging in, everything feels confusing. There are a lot of buttons, but there isn’t much you can actually do.You can listen to stories, but if you don’t already know the language, it’s difficult to understand them because there are no proper subtitles to read along. There are also a few games, but they don’t really seem to have any educational purpose.Overall, I don’t think this app is designed to help people actually learn a new language.

The games are also tied directly to each story and are meant to reinforce the vocabulary and concepts you’ve just read. I find myself recognizing new words all the time now. Really great spatial repetition of new words, nice mix of new vocabulary in my stories, I am even seeing my spelling improve. Recommended to any language learner.
