Pump 1.0.9 takes your training outdoors. Runs, rides, hikes and walks are tracked by GPS, drawn as a route on the finished session, and shared to your feed as a map. OUTDOOR & CARDIO • Track a run, ride, hike or walk with GPS — live distance, pace or speed, and elevation gain as you move • Your route is recorded and drawn as a map on the workout and in the feed, and you can export it as a GPX file • Measure any exercise by distance, calories, incline, resistance or floors, with a target per set — or leave the goal open and just move • Pace and heart rate arrive on their own whenever the data exists • A GPS-tracked session reads as an activity, with duration, distance, pace and climb instead of sets and reps • Typed distances roll up into the workout total alongside the recorded route ACTIVE WORKOUT • The rest pill follows you anywhere in the app — drag it wherever you want it, and it stays put • Lock the full-screen focus overlay so a stray touch can't pause your run; press and hold to unlock • A short buzz confirms every set you log • Range sets now ask for the reps you actually did, and record the goal if you skip it • Superset rounds read correctly on the lock screen and the watch, with a segmented track showing your progress through the round • Live heart rate on the timer overlay and the lock screen • The workout list dissolves softly into its backdrop at the screen edges • Confetti rises over your cards instead of behind them APPLE WATCH • Your watch records the calories you burned during the session • Finish a paused tempo set right from the wrist, with the rep count you're about to log on screen before you tap • Rings, numerals and captions scale to fit the smallest faces • A rebuilt phone-to-watch connection keeps heart rate and workout state in sync through drop-outs, with a status screen when you need it PHOTOS & FEED • Post several photos to one workout, shown together with your route map • Tap a photo to expand it in place, then pinch or double-tap to zoom • Tap anyone's profile picture to see it full screen • Recaps carry each set's tempo, so time under tension shows on the post HISTORY & PROFILE • History moved to your profile — a calendar beside your activities, always there even when you're offline • The Volume card plots its bars per exercise instead of per session • Workouts imported from Health skip sessions you already logged in Pump PUMPIQ • PumpIQ remembers your conversations — reopen an earlier thread from the chat history, or swipe one away • Chat text is selectable and copyable • Cardio goal edits stick, and PumpIQ sticks to the exercise details it actually has SHARING • Share the workout behind a feed post as a link, not only as a graphic • Share cards, totals and the end-of-workout summary read in the weight unit you actually lift in — your Settings choice decides what every total is measured in • The feed carries the unit a weight was logged in, so you always see the load someone really put on the bar MORE • Move an exercise straight to the top or bottom when reordering • Save form cues from a how-to answer onto the exercise it describes • The library knows which movements run the lift downward, and defaults to eccentric first • Notes fields autocorrect as you type • Attach several screenshots to a bug report, delete your own, and find out when a fix has actually reached you • Faster loading throughout, plus fixes for crashes when pausing a ride, reordering a superset, and force-quitting mid-workout
