v1.3.28 - Localization & a cleaner exercise library
- Fully localized the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean interface — home greetings, nutrition, records, settings, and dozens of other screens that still showed English are now translated.
- Exercise names and how-to guides now follow your in-app language choice, not just the system language.
- Cleaned up the exercise library: removed hundreds of duplicate movement variants so each exercise appears once.
- Added complete Chinese coaching guides (setup, steps, cues, common mistakes) for every Yoga, Pilates, and Functional movement.
