I really wanted to love Orbb because the concept and functionality are genuinely fantastic. However, the developer’s integrity is questionable.I joined during an 'Early Access' promotion that was explicitly advertised as a 'Lifetime' offer. Once the promotion ended, my account was downgraded to a free tier. When I contacted support, the developer admitted the wording was 'unclear' but refused to honor the lifetime status, claiming that 'Lifetime' only meant keeping access to my saved data, not the premium features.In the app industry, 'Lifetime' has a clear meaning, and using it as bait only to redefine it later is deceptive. It’s a shame to see a promising app ruin its reputation so early by not standing behind its own marketing.If you’re looking for a developer who honors their commitments to early supporters, look elsewhere. Great tool, but very disappointing ethics.

What was permanent and what we’ve honored for every Early Access user is your account and everything you saved during it.
