Urica is a gout diet and flare tracker. Take a photo of any meal and get a 1–10 Gout Risk Score that counts purines, fructose, alcohol and glycemic load. Then log your flares to find your own triggers.
If cutting red meat hasn't stopped your flares, you're not alone. Food purines are only about 30% of your uric acid, and most people with gout struggle to clear uric acid rather than make too much. Fructose, alcohol and high-glycemic meals all play a part, so Urica tracks them too.

• Foods that help count in your favor: cherries, coffee, low-fat dairy and vitamin C lower a meal's score
• Flare log: severity, joint (big toe, ankle, knee, wrist, elbow, finger) and time
• Tingle log: record the warning feeling before a flare, and Urica checks back 24 hours later to see if it turned into one
• Uric acid log in mg/dL or µmol/L, charted against the 6 mg/dL target
• Water and drinks tracking with a daily goal, plus sleep and stress check-ins
• Trigger insights: compares the days before each flare with your normal days (purines, fructose, alcohol, hydration, sleep, stress) and says how strong each link looks
