VersuScan helps you inspect your surroundings for devices, signals, and reflections that may deserve a closer look. It combines camera-based lens reflection checks, local network discovery, Bluetooth scanning, and clear evidence-based results in one privacy-focused app.
Designed for travellers, renters, hotel guests, and privacy-conscious users, VersuScan uses capabilities already available on your iPhone to help you investigate unfamiliar surroundings without exaggerated claims or unreliable “spy detector” promises.
WHAT VERSUSCAN CAN CHECK
• Lens Reflection Scan –> uses your iPhone camera to highlight small reflective patterns that may be consistent with a camera lens
• Wi-Fi & Local Network Discovery –> discovers devices and services advertised through Bonjour/mDNS
• Network Device Analysis –> analyses supported HTTP, RTSP, and ONVIF responses to help identify camera-related devices and services
• Bluetooth LE Scan –> discovers nearby BLE devices and analyses names, advertised services, signal strength, and other available indicators
• Combined Risk Summary –> brings camera, network, and Bluetooth findings together into an easy-to-understand result

VersuScan is an investigative aid, not a guarantee. Reflective objects can resemble camera lenses, legitimate devices may expose camera-like network services, and some hidden devices may not broadcast detectable signals at all.
A flagged result means “worth reviewing”, not proof that surveillance equipment is present.
For the best results, combine VersuScan findings with careful physical inspection and your own judgment.
