I was looking at my points and I had 0,on the old app I had 125 points and it doesn’t show any of the items I had purchased.I was signed in on the old app but now I show that I am not signed in.I feel like the old app is better that POP MART Americas,the old app was amazing I got everything that I ordered and It was a good quality app . I don’t know why they made us go to this app it is horrible POP MART needs to fix this now.

Horrible app. It does not work well. It’s difficult to reset your password. It does not show your new password as being saved, although it actually saves it. Logging in also glitches often; developers must not know what they’re doing. It’s also difficult to figure out how to save your address and phone number. Even if you have it all filled out, the “save” button is grayed out and it doesn’t let you proceed. It seems like the autofill is the problem, which is ridiculous in this day and age. These are all annoying and inconvenient set backs as some of their items sell out almost immediately. Waste of time. Poor customer experience. Will NEVER use again.

App needs more work. Shipping should be free over a certain price. Wish the app would add freebies at checkout instead of having to make multiple purchases to spend in order to add them. Why buy on app when now you can at the stores? And no shipping charge just taxes.
It keeps making me update

Literally every time I open the app, it redirects me to the App Store saying I have to update to the new Americas app. I have already updated it and so now it’s just this annoying extra step of having to open the app through the App Store every single time.
