We found the exact bug behind your review: your purchase was charged correctly, but a misconfiguration between the App Store and our subscription system meant the app never unlocked Pro. This affected every buyer. Your review is what led us to it.It is fixed as of today, on our servers, so you don't need an update. If your subscription is still active, Pro will be unlocked the next time you open the app. If you cancelled in the meantime, email me at info@dialogis.ai and I will make it right personally.You wrote you'd come back when it's usable. What's new in this version:
• A fresh design and a new app icon.
• Notes first: every recording opens with an overview, a to-do checklist and chapters.
• Recordings get a meaningful title automatically after transcription.
• Name your speakers. The app suggests names mentioned in the conversation, and you decide. (Pro)
• Your library shows each recording's overview, open tasks and who spoke.
• Long recordings: the free plan transcribes the first 15 minutes of a recording, Pro transcribes all of it.
• Recordings, transcripts and notes are backed up to iCloud and can be restored. (Pro)
• Safer: a recording interrupted by the app closing is recovered, deleting asks first, and Enhance can be undone.
• WAV export works reliably; the former MP3 option, which actually saved M4A, is gone.
• The app follows your system language again, and the microphone prompt is translated.
