Just open the app once a day. That's it. If you don't check in within your set number of days, your emergency contact will be notified automatically.

HOW IT WORKS
- Open the app to check in (automatic, no buttons to press)
- Set your check-in threshold (1-7 days)
- Invite an emergency contact via LINE or email
- If you miss your check-in window, your contact receives an alert
