Grok's maker has a new name. The company behind Grok is now SpaceXAI. You'll see the new name on the AI consent screen, in AI settings, and on the privacy policy link. Nothing else changes. The AI works exactly as it did, and so does what it sends: your browsing, bookmarks and history never leave your device — only what you ask the AI to summarize or chat about.

This update makes the privacy controls more precise and signing in to sites more reliable. - Links containing words like "track" or "pixel" now open normally. Tapping a Spotify track, a UPS tracking link, or a Google Pixel product page used to do nothing at all. - Third-party cookie blocking, which is on by default, now covers cookies from embedded frames too. Sites you actually visit still keep you signed in. - The "Strip tracking parameters" setting now follows your choice in both directions, on to strip them, off to keep them. - Signing in is more reliable: form submissions no longer arrive empty on some sites, and sign-in redirects are no longer cancelled on slower connections. - Cookie banner handling now targets real consent banners more precisely, and copes with longer consent walls. - Web addresses keep their legitimate parameters, so tagged, filtered, and search result links show the content you asked for. - Fixed a crash that could happen when saving images to Photos. - Private browsing is left undisturbed: finishing a download in a private tab no longer brings up a request to rate the app. Rate and Share links live in Settings instead. - The AI consent screen stays readable at large text sizes, with its buttons always reachable, plus stability and memory fixes when switching tabs often.

This update fixes sign-in and dark-mode problems, sharpens the safety warnings, and makes the browser faster and steadier. - Signing in works reliably again: Gmail and other login pages are no longer misread as "broken" and reloaded, Reddit and similar app-style sites load correctly, and you stay signed in as you move between sites and tabs. - Fixed "Apply dark mode to websites" hiding text on some pages, and a loading spinner that could get stuck when turning it off. - Phishing and lookalike-site warnings now appear reliably in cases that were previously missed, and choosing "Visit Anyway" correctly lets you through instead of looping back to the warning. - Certificate warnings now correctly identify the problem — expired, self-signed, name mismatch, or untrusted — and are final for sites with an invalid certificate. Site and download warnings share one consistent design, and returning from a blocked page brings back the page you were on. - AI chat now handles long conversations, so extended chats keep responding instead of stopping partway through. - Added a quick Clear Data option to the Browse menu, and "Clear All Data" now also resets the tracker and privacy counts on your start page. - The keyboard no longer covers the address bar, plus faster tab switching and app launch, lighter memory use on image-heavy pages, and improved overall stability.

International addresses are detected by country, and Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit handles save correctly. Find on Page only counts text you can actually see, so the match number matches what's on screen. Press Return to advance to the next match. The web page text-size slider applies your change right away — no reload needed. The URL bar, page menus, tab grid, and start page stay readable on any background, in both light and dark mode. A new Settings option keeps websites in light mode even when the rest of the app is dark. The image gallery is faster, holds more images in memory, and finds higher-resolution versions automatically. Failed downloads show clearly instead of spinning forever. Your remaining daily AI uses now appear in chat and summary, and a new native launch screen replaces the previous animation.
