This update also adds Claire’s pace controls, easier journal editing, deeper search across your journal history and transcripts, and a new way to teach Claire how to say your name. We’ve also made voice calls smoother, improved CarPlay, added accessibility updates, and polished reliability throughout.

Claire now works with CarPlay. Start a reflection from your car screen, with simple options for a check-in, gratitude, mood, or open reflection, so it’s easier to talk when you’re already in motion. This update also introduces Therapy Prep: a report that helps you review recent themes, patterns, moods, and moments you may want to bring into your next therapy session. Claire can now call you directly in the app for scheduled reflections, with a native incoming-call experience and speaker support.
