Difficult boss? Colleague who takes the credit? Practice what to actually say - in short daily Lessons built on CBT and DBT research. 5 minutes a day.
Someone dismisses your idea. Someone takes the credit. Someone asks a question that is really a test. Most of us improvise in that moment - and then replay it for a week.
SNAXE is short daily practice for exactly those moments.
Each Lesson drops you into a real workplace scene: the boss who pushes, the colleague who praises you in the room and undermines you outside it, the message that is polite on the surface and not underneath. Then it asks what you would actually say. You choose, you see where it lands, you go again.
Like Duolingo, but for workplace resilience.
In five minutes a day, SNAXE trains you to:
• Hold your position when a conversation turns
• Answer dismissiveness, manipulation and passive-aggression
• Set a limit without damaging the relationship
• Read difficult behavior early, before it escalates
• Say the thing you would normally leave unsaid
Backed by research. Every Lesson is built on CBT, DBT and emotion regulation research - not self-help opinions.
Built like a game. Lessons come in several forms - quick decisions, sorting, open answers, and branching scenes where one choice changes the next - grouped into chapters on a jungle map. Streaks, XP and achievements keep you coming back until the skills stick, and Charlie, your guide, is with you the whole way. Daily reminders are optional and yours to switch off.
Who is SNAXE for?
Anyone who has ever left a meeting thinking "I should have said something." Any job, any level, no experience needed.
Five minutes. One conversation. Start today.
Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Story Lessons no longer choose a reply card for you: tap a card to choose it, then swipe up. The Kickoff Meeting Lesson is rebuilt with new replies, so you pass it by reading, not by guessing. On small phones, long story steps scroll above the cards, and the Submit button stays above the keyboard. Four characters on the Characters tab have new names and clearer descriptions. Two screens that said Panda now say Charlie. Feedback on written answers now uses an added security check.
