• Simple forms when you need structure
Create tasks, reminders, events, shopping items and home records with clear, familiar controls.
• AI when you want speed
Ask “what chores are due this week?” or say “remind Sam to take the trash out every Tuesday”. No forms needed when plain English is faster.
• Home inventory
Keep appliances, vehicles, pets, documents and subscriptions organized, with reminders for what needs attention.
• Weekly planning
See your household’s tasks and events day by day, spot the gaps and plan ahead.
• Share it in and OneHaus files it
Send a screenshot, a message, a link, a calendar invite or a contact card in from any app. OneHaus reads it and offers the task, date, list item or record it should become.
• Meals and recipes
Plan the week, keep your recipes in one place and send the ingredients straight to the shopping list.
• Works with the calendar you already have
Bring in the calendar on your phone, push household events back out, and choose which calendar and which direction. Subscribe to public holidays and your own calendar feeds too.
• Household contacts
The plumber, the vet and the school office, saved where everyone at home can reach them.
• Ready-made checklists
Starter packs for moving, a new baby, a new pet, car servicing, seasonal maintenance and the weekly reset. Pick the jobs that apply and OneHaus adds them.
• A weekly review
Once a week OneHaus points out what looks missing, like a warranty about to run out or a car with no service scheduled.
• Renewals and running costs
See what you pay for, what renews when, and which months are the expensive ones.

A new calendar. See the whole month at a glance, with an icon for each kind of item on every day. Swipe back through past months, and scroll the agenda to fold the month down to a week. Tasks with no date now have their own section.
Choose when you're reminded about a task or event: an hour, a day, three days, a week or two weeks before, or a time of your own. It works for repeating ones too.
Tick items off your shopping list as you shop: they cross out, then clear themselves a moment later. Tapped the wrong one? Untick it before it goes. Finished with a whole list? Clear it in one go, with Undo if you change your mind.
Mark a task as urgent, including repeating ones, and it moves to the top of every list, in red, for the whole household.
Bills can now have a payment date for when the money actually leaves your account, separate from the renewal. It repeats with the bill, shows on the calendar next to renewals, and your budget counts each charge on the day it is paid.
Bigger buttons that are easier to tap, a Mark complete button on tasks, and a home screen that shows what is due right under your stats, with what the household recently finished below.
Timed repeating events save again, daily repeats no longer skip the day after the clocks change, and all-day events land on the right days wherever you are.
Various reliability and bug fixes.
