Version 2.2 WEEKLY LEAGUES Each week you compete in a group of people at your level. Finish near the top and you move up: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. YOUR PUSH-UP AGE Your monthly max test, set against your age and sex, gives you a push-up age. Your age stays private to you. SHOULDER SAFETY AND BALANCE The form coach now watches your elbow flare and left-right balance, and shows how they change over time. WIDGETS Today's count and your streak on the Home Screen and Lock Screen. The rest timer runs as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Version 2.0.1 — a small maintenance release. THE SIGN-IN SCREEN WAS REDRAWN It now looks like the rest of the app: its own icon, one call colour. Switching between signing in and registering is somewhere you can see it, and the password field has a reveal toggle. It also says up front that trying the app without an account saves no sets, rather than leaving you to find out afterwards. NEW: A SUBSCRIPTION SECTION IN YOUR PROFILE Subscribers can now see when the period they paid for ends, and open the App Store's own subscription management in one tap. Seeing or cancelling your subscription no longer means writing to us. FIXED: THE SUPPORT ADDRESS The support address in the app pointed at a mailbox nobody was reading. It now reaches one that is.

Version 2.0 — the app has been rebuilt from scratch. THE CAMERA IS NOW THE ONLY WAY IN Typing numbers in has been removed. Putting a declared set next to an observable one devalued both. Every set now goes through the camera. NEW: FORM SCORE Depth, tempo and consistency for every set. Alongside how many you did, you now see how well. NEW: INTEGRITY CHECKS Patterns a human does not produce get flagged — metronomic cadence, a motionless subject, impossible pace. NEW: TODAY'S SET The same length for everyone, on one board that resets at midnight. NEW: LIGHT AND DARK System, light or dark, from profile settings. CHANGED: RANKING IS NOW PART OF PREMIUM The global ranking and today's board have moved to the subscription. In exchange, a free account keeps the camera, the form score, history, streaks, badges and challenges — and Premium removes the daily set limit entirely. We are stating this plainly because quietly closing something that used to be free is not how we want to do this. CHANGED: TWO SETS A DAY ON A FREE ACCOUNT It is sets that are limited, not reps. Capping reps pushes people to cram a hundred push-ups into one set, which is the opposite of what this app is for. CHANGED: GUEST USE NOW LEAVES NO TRACE Trying the app without an account no longer creates an account, and writes nothing anywhere.

Improved app launch speed by removing the splash screen for a faster, seamless experience.
