There are just way too many technical issues. Some icon sets don’t work at all or don’t work correctly. There are freezes, some details don’t load properly, and honestly, all the damage numbers and stats feel like they’re just made up because there’s no way to actually view or verify your stats and effects during battle.Sometimes you complete a level and finish a difficult challenge that took you an hour, only for it not to count. You do it again — still doesn’t count. You do it five times, and nothing. Then you restart the game, do it again, and suddenly it works. Like… how?It’s honestly really sad because I actually like the characters, and there are some really interesting game modes.BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM is that the game has a co-op mode required to obtain important progression resources, and you can easily be waiting 15–20 minutes just to find a match. I’m saying this because I literally waited 30–40 minutes and found only one other player who joined. We waited for a while, hoping a third player would show up, since you need three players to actually start the battle. Eventually, we just gave up and left.And this is the second day in a row that this has happened.There’s also going to be an event soon that involves matchmaking, and I genuinely don’t understand how that’s supposed to work if finding even one player already takes 30–40 minutes.So yeah… overall, things are looking pretty bad right now.

The games only true problem is the combat and frame rate. It could just be my phone (IPhone 15 mini) but it seems I'm locked on 30 frames. The art style of all the characters match the manga / anime almost perfectly. The combat / gameplay loop is just boring, if you haven't watched the anime the campaign can be interesting but if you have you'll be skipping all the story segments after the 3d animations go away. The actual gameplay is the worst part, it could've been better but instead it's just waiting then spamming your abilities then winning. This would be fine if it was an RPG where all the characters are oversexualized and the point is to collect them but this is Jojo's, and so you expect more from a respected series. This game IS great groundwork for a better Jojo game in the future with the same art style but just a fighting game instead of more idle. I could imagine a more Super Smash Bros type of All Star Battle R but with the theme of this game, although the game would most likely be on consoles and PC. Besides that, the game is most likely a loss, showing with the drop of placement on the rankings and how I stopped playing after the first day. Hopefully a fighting oriented, more fun Jojo game can be made in the future.

If you enjoy this type of gameplay being akin to raid shadow legends but for a jojos game I was expecting something new and unique but not really the animation and voice acting is high quality I’ll give them that but again for jojos it’s just not what I wanted I was expecting a fighting game obviously but this is a game where you can just push auto play and the game plays itself which isn’t fun imo and I know the game is new but how do they not have FUGO hes like he isn’t a fan favorite but they have the vampire from pt 1 that gave Jonathan the sword that’s more of a annoying thing that’s easy to change but the fundamental “gameplay” just ain’t for me but if you like jojos and enjoy this type of gameplay you’ll love it but I personally just can’t get into it the micro transactions aren’t bad no ads from what I’ve seen but that’s it’s high quality for it’s genre but imo its raid shadow legends with a jojos coat of paint

Must read, ive been a jojo fan for years and this game is definitely a game changer! It reminds me a lot of All star battle R and it has a unique fighting style and I love how they designed the games UI and Title screens. And the game itself is definitely entertaining but let’s be honest what mobile games are entertaining, but unlike this one it actually is GREAT and I can see my self even not just playing but grinding on this game as well, and I love the character designs it reminds me of me of JJBA Eyes of Heaven, with the running around the map mechanics (animation) in the game but the characters themselves are nice and smooth almost JJBA Last Survivors. Overall, the game is amazing, it’s entertaining, definitely a must have and play!
