AI video analysis requires a paid Pro plan. Downloading the app is free; a free first analysis or free trial is not included.
Gymnastics video analysis with AI scores, form feedback and training drills. Review technique feedback, practice suggested drills and track progress over time.
WHY GYMNASTS USE CHECKFORM
AI scoring. Review estimated scores and suggested deductions alongside your video. Use the feedback to guide practice and discuss technique with your coach.
Video analysis. Record or upload your gymnastics practice, then review skill-specific feedback and areas to work on.
Live AI coaching. Turn on Live Coaching mode for real-time pose detection overlay and voice feedback while you train.
Skill-specific feedback. Every skill gets dedicated analysis — not generic tips. CheckForm understands the difference between a cartwheel deduction and a handstand deduction.
Progress tracking. Every attempt is logged. Watch your scores improve over time, identify recurring form issues, and track progress toward your goals.
Drill recommendations. After each analysis, get gymnastics drills targeted to your specific form issues. CheckForm doubles as a gymnastics practice tracker — every attempt is logged. Not generic conditioning — drills for what you actually got wrong.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Record or upload your gymnastics video
2. Select the skill you performed
3. CheckForm sends your video securely to cloud AI for analysis
4. Get your score, deduction breakdown, and improvement plan
5. Track progress across every attempt
YOUR PRIVACY
CheckForm has two AI paths that handle your data differently:
• Scored analysis (cloud): When you analyze a video, it's uploaded to our secure storage and scored by Google Gemini. Videos and scores are encrypted in transit and at rest, kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Live Coaching (on-device): The real-time pose overlay and voice cues during a live session run locally on your phone using Google ML Kit. Your camera feed never leaves your device.
You control your data — request deletion any time from the app or by emailing us.
LIVE COACHING MODE
Live Coaching connects your camera to real-time pose detection. See your body skeleton overlay as you move. Get voice feedback from the AI coach without stopping to upload a video. Perfect for solo training sessions when you want instant technique cues.

The app is great! We love how with mistakes of skills, it gives drills to help with correcting the skill! I do wish it gave better detection found for the gymnast on the event (i did try to upload 2 videos one from my daughters competition and it said “failed to find gymnast” and my daughter has more higher level skills 8+, but those skills are not listed…im not sure if there is a list for the higher level/skills in the app. For a closer to beginner/ level 2/3/4 competitor, i give this app 4 out of 5 stars and recommend for parents who want to learn more about gymnastics or see where their gymnast is getting their deductions! 🌟
Developer Response
Thanks for the honest review; we’re glad the drills are helping. We hear you on competition footage and “failed to find gymnast,” and on wanting more advanced skills in the list. We’re shipping updates that improve detection and expand skills; your clips and feedback are a big part of why we’re prioritizing that. Appreciate the 4 stars and the recommendation for families tracking form and deductions.

I really like this app but it keeps saying the wrong skill that the kids are doing. Like i’ll video a Tsuk, but it says that it’s a front handspring ? or i’ll video a front handspring and it says it’s a yurchenko… wish that would be fixed !!
Developer Response
Thanks for the detail. Tsuk vs front handspring vs Yurchenko mix-ups are exactly what we’re tightening on vault auto-detect. We're glad to let you know that we have improved our detection engine by a huge margin, we'd love for you to try it again and earn that 5-star review.Email me on mj@checkform.app with your account email to get a free 2-week membership on the house.
App Review
LupeNeaves
I used the CheckForm app and was impressed by how the app was able to score my handstand. I got some good feedback and feel it was a fair score I received out of 10. I would recommend using this app for feedback on gymnastic skills. I only used for handstands as I am a handstand coach.
Developer Response
Glad you enjoyed the app. Thanks coach :)
Customer service is amazing

So I got the app, thinking there was a free plan, which there wasn’t. So I emailed (customer service) and he told me there wasn’t a free plan but then he gave me 2 months worth of pro plan to try it out! Best customer service I have ever experienced.
Developer Response
Thank you for your kind words, we try our best :)
