Improved controls for silencing notifications, clearer signals when the app or server is temporarily unavailable, and minor visual polish throughout.

Minor interface improvements to notification pausing. The pause button has been merged into the existing notification button, so everything is managed in one place. Notifications now automatically resume after a pause with your previous settings.

Notifications can now be paused, for today, a week, or two weeks. Long-press a notification or tap through to the detail screen to pause. Tap the bell in your trip list to manage it.
