Win the Day is a discipline engine built on one rule: five critical tasks a day. Finish all five and you win. Finish four and you lose. That severity is the point — a standard you can negotiate with tells you nothing on the days that matter.
WHY A CAPACITY LIMIT
Ambitious people don't fail from having too few tasks. They fail from having too many. A list long enough to hold everything carries no signal about what matters today, so it gets rewritten instead of executed.

HOW IT WORKS
