Anxiety, pressure, distraction — even in moments meant to feel close. Oryn helps you slow down. Guided mindfulness practices for men: build calm, confidence, and presence. Use them solo, or invite your partner for paired sessions designed for two. 10 minutes a day. No pressure. No performance. Just presence. WHY ORYN? No textbooks. No tantra workshops. No awkward couples retreats. Just short, grounded practices that work — whether you're solo, dating, or in a long-term relationship. Each session is built around real physiology: how breath, attention, and slowing down change your nervous system in moments when it matters most. WHAT'S INSIDE ORYN • Short guided practices (5–15 minutes) • Solo and paired modes — practice alone or with a partner • Clear themes: calm, confidence, control, connection • Audio + visual breath guidance • Progress tracking and streaks • New sessions added regularly USE ORYN TO • Reduce performance anxiety • Build arousal awareness and control • Slow down and stay present • Strengthen trust and emotional safety • Reconnect after stress or distance JUST 10 MINUTES A DAY You don't need willpower. You need a system. Oryn is built around small daily practices that compound — fast results without pressure. SUBSCRIPTION Oryn offers Premium Access. Good Customer Service

I used Oryn for approximately a month, and it did help with peaceful content to ease my mind. I chose to cancel the subscription after 1 month as I felt that I had gotten enough from the content. Admittedly, the cancellation process is a bit confusing as I feel that it would be more efficient to give the customer the option to directly cancel within the app (I.e. via a button), but once I reached out to the support team, they very quickly cancelled my subscription as requested. I was impressed with their speedy response and care.

Horrible Scamming App

This application has no business existing , it’s basically total AI slop. The website is useless and doesn’t allow you to do anything , the app also doesn’t provide any information about cancelling. Before you subscribe , be aware you’ll have to fight to hell to get your money back. It’s harder to cancel than Planet fitness. Avoid at all cost.
