Meal prep without boredom. Plan once, cook useful bases, and turn them into different dinners all week with PrepFlow. Meal prep shouldn’t mean eating the same boring meal every day. PrepFlow helps you plan one cooking session and turn it into a week of varied meals. Pick your base meals, get dinner ideas, build a shopping list, and keep track of what is already in your kitchen. Instead of asking “what’s for dinner?” every night, PrepFlow helps you cook once, remix ingredients, and eat different meals throughout the week. WHAT PREPFLOW HELPS WITH • Plan weekly meal prep around real dinners • Turn one prep session into multiple meal ideas • Build a grocery list from your plan • Track pantry items and prepared bases • Get recipe ideas for busy weeknights • Avoid eating the same meal every day • Reduce food waste by using what you already have • Keep healthy eating simpler and more automatic MADE FOR BUSY PEOPLE PrepFlow is for people who want to eat better but do not want to think about dinner every night. Whether you cook on Sunday, prep after work, or just want a clearer plan for the week, PrepFlow helps you create structure without making meal prep feel repetitive. WHY IT IS DIFFERENT Most meal planners help you schedule recipes. PrepFlow focuses on flexible meal prep: cook useful bases once, then turn them into different dinners across the week. Examples: • Roast chicken becomes bowls, wraps, salads, and quick dinners • Cooked rice or grains become multiple meals instead of one fixed recipe • Pantry ingredients become useful suggestions instead of forgotten items • Your grocery list connects directly to your weekly prep plan FOR WEEKLY MEAL PREP Use PrepFlow to plan your week, organize ingredients, save time, and make dinner easier. It is built for simple weekly routines, not complicated diet systems. SUBSCRIPTION PrepFlow offers optional subscription features through RevenueCat. PrepFlow 1.7 focuses on cleaner analytics and a more reliable release process. What’s new: - Improved analytics for the base discovery funnel, including tracking when users tap “Find my base”. - Recipe generation analytics now distinguish first-time generation from later generations. - Paywall analytics now include typed source context, so we can understand which screen triggered a subscription prompt. - Recipe view and base selection tracking is deduplicated, preventing repeated counts when users navigate back and forth. - Base-related analytics are more complete, including base selection and adding prepared bases to inventory. - PrepFlow now has a repeatable weekly App Store release setup with Fastlane and GitHub Actions CI. Also included: stronger internal release documentation and CI checks for unsigned iOS builds before App Store submission.
