After a recent update the game format was changed so that when a board was really large it would be broken down into sections and you would get an ad between each section. Since I had paid to be ad free, the game would not progress to the next section after I finished the first one. I closed out the app and retried, turned my phone on and off and retried, and still could not get the level to progress to the next section. I even waited wondering if maybe each section had its own chunk of time but that didn’t work either. I then deleted and re-installed the app and then the app completely restarted me at level 1 and would not restore any of my purchases no matter how many times I clicked restore. I also had purchased a permanent extra storage row. After re playing a bunch of levels I decided to re-purchase the extra storage row and I got a notification saying “you’ve already purchased this, would you like it for free?”. So obviously I clicked yes, and then it was restored. So then I tried to do the same with the ad removal purchase but it charged me $9.99 and now the levels that are sectioned won’t progress anymore 🤬
Split level issues

I am really enjoying the game, however there is a bug with the split levels. I am on level 44 and when it opens it has you work on one side first. I complete that half but then I cannot access the other half. I have restarted the game, used power ups to be sure that I have not missed a piece and redone the level 4 times. Each time I am unable to complete the level. Really frustrating as I just bought the no ads option. The game gives you no option to report a bug, I am just stuck. Frustrating.

Played, loved it and paid to remove ads. Got to level 32 and couldn’t get it to work…it wouldn’t load the other half of the puzzle. So I deleted the app to try and reinstall. LOST ALL OF MY PROGRESS because it doesn’t have a sign in option or save to game cloud. Then I try to restore my purchase which doesn’t work, so I repurchase, which will usually say “you’ve already purchased this item, you will download this for free” which it didn’t. IT CHARGED ME TWICE!! Now I have to start over from level one. Now I can’t get past level 10 for the same reason as 32. I just want my money back! Support link on the app takes you to a website in Chinese with no ability to contact anyone. So angry!

I’m having trouble with the game and I’m unable to contact the developers. My game is locking up and it keeps trying to show ads that gets stuck. It just spent money to use the game better and not have ads. If the developers read this, please check out the bugs on the ads. Also, I’m stuck on a level that is a three-piece level and once I finish the first part of the puzzle it never populate the second and third part. I can’t get past this point. So I just spent $9.99 and I can’t get anywhere on the game.
