1.4.0 Jul 21
Fixed Quick Report scanner
1.3.9 Jul 21
What's New
- Add multiple photos to a Work Order task. Previously, capturing a second
photo replaced the first — now every photo you take is kept.
- Faster, lighter photo uploads. Photos are automatically optimized before
upload, so they send quicker and use less of your mobile data.
- Work order cards now always show the room number, even when the room
also has a name.
- Fixed an issue where a failed inspection save could be mislabeled as
"offline" when the real cause was something else — you'll now see the
actual error.
- Fixed a mismatch between room size and room category shown on
INSTA-800 inspections.
Small bug fixes and stability improvements.

Release Notes — 11 June 2026

Mobile work order comments — Technicians can read and reply in the same comment thread project managers use in the portal.

1.2.7 Jun 5
New
Tag your photos. When you add a photo during an inspection, you can now tag it (e.g. which area or issue it shows), making reports clearer and easier to follow up on.
Improvements
Photo tags in checklists — you can now tag photos added during checklist items, not just inspections.
New checklist badge — see at a glance how much of a checklist is complete.
Better translations — Add Note and the checklist screens are now fully translated.
INSTA 800 unit size shown correctly. Each unit now displays its real size category (0–15, 15–35, 35–60 or 60–100 m²) instead of always showing the smallest band.
Quality profiles always match the report. A unit now uses the profile that was saved with its inspection, so what you see on the unit and what's in the report no longer disagree.
Your sorting stays put. The Sort & Group setting is now remembered when you open a room/unit and return to the list — it no longer resets to the default.
Smoother inspection flow. The photo step now comes after setting the status, and the checklist appears after the INSTA step, for a more logical order.
Fixes
Corrected a photo-count error that could show the wrong number of photos.
Fixed duplicate INSTA notification emails.
Fixed inspections can now finish after the first unit is saved (old behavior requiring all units still available via "Limit manual completion" setting)
