ReptiDex 1.14.0 makes it easier to stay on top of care and find what you need. • See feedings due, overdue weigh-ins, upcoming hatches, and recent activity in the new Today tab. • Search your collection by animal name, ID, morph, or species. • Track brumation and UVB bulb replacements for your animals. • Log an animal’s first feeding when you add it, and review feeding details before saving. • Record a private purchase price without showing it on public profiles. • Enter promo codes from your subscription settings. • Move between Today, animal details, and collection lists more easily. This update also includes improvements to notifications and everyday app reliability.

ReptiDex has been completely redesigned, with a cleaner, faster look across every screen. New: Connect to Breed Ledger. Link your ReptiDex account to Breed Ledger to sync your collection, and connect or revoke access anytime from Settings. New: Lay tracking for your females. Log a lay date right from an animal's profile and get an estimated hatch window, so you know when to start checking the clutch. New: Smarter pedigrees. Public animal pages now show lineage, breeding pairs get a prospective pedigree preview, and verified and breeder-claimed ancestors are clearly marked. Privacy is built in: animals you keep private stay private in other keepers' pedigrees, and an approved lineage link stays put even if the other keeper later goes private. Improved: More reliable reminders. We fixed cases where feeding or weight reminders and the weekly Sunday Digest could quietly fail to send, and the app now tells you clearly when notifications are turned off in Settings. Improved: Care guides now show full details with no cut-off text, plus refreshed onboarding, settings, import, and bulk actions. Fixed: The free trial button no longer appears before it is ready to tap. Fixed: Cancelling Add Animal right after onboarding no longer causes a navigation error. Thanks for all the feedback. Keep it coming.

Genetics Calculator and Animal Genetics Profiles Predict offspring morph probabilities across multiple traits simultaneously. Select a sire and dam, pick their alleles, and see a complete breakdown of every possible outcome -- including lethal combinations flagged automatically. Run pairings from your collection or enter alleles manually for any hypothetical pairing. Each animal now has a genetics profile. Record alleles with zygosity and confidence level; the app computes a phenotype name and displays it on animal cards, detail pages, and pedigree views. The full calculator is also available free on the web at reptidex.com/calculator.

Version 1.5.0 Breeding Eggs can now be marked as Pipped or Hatched directly from laid status without recording a candling result first. A new bulk hatch workflow lets you set a hatch date, define an ID prefix (like BP2026-), and create animal records for an entire clutch in one action. The mobile breeding analytics screen now includes upcoming hatch countdowns with color-coded urgency, a monthly trends chart with a year selector, and a female breeding history table with lifetime stats for each dam. Fixed breeding analytics showing zero for clutch counts, hatchling totals, and hatch rate. Fixed individual egg tracking on web not working when adding eggs to a clutch. Animal List Each animal card now shows colored status dots for last weighed and last fed. Green means recent, amber means getting overdue, red means past due. A banner alerts you when animals are missing key records, with a filter to see only incomplete animals. Open an animal profile to see exactly which fields are missing and a direct link to add them. Weights The Weights tab now shows a badge with your overdue count. Filter chips on the weight dashboard let you focus on animals overdue this week, 2-plus weeks, or view all. Fixed the overdue badge not clearing after logging a weight. Feedings Feedings can now be marked as Refused. A refused feeding shows in the care log with an amber badge and does not reset the overdue timer. Shed Tracking Attach a photo when logging a shed and view it full-screen from the care log. Animals with 3 or more shed records now show a predicted next shed date with a confidence rating. Notifications New Sunday Husbandry Digest: a weekly push notification every Sunday at 8 AM summarizing overdue weights, feedings, and upcoming hatches. All notifications now deliver at your local time. Groups Bulk Feed and Bulk Shed are now available on group pages on web, with per-animal include controls and a refused toggle for feedings. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where starting a trial subscription showed free tier limits immediately after subscribing. Fixed an internal performance issue causing unnecessary re-renders on the animals list screen.
