This update brings a smoother, more reliable Hawas: • Activity indicator: A subtle dot on the Activity tab signals new updates from people you follow, and clears the moment you view them. • Dependable sync: Your collection and notifications now sync reliably, even on Low Data Mode. • Notification catch-up: Missed notifications appear as soon as you open the app — not only when you tap a push. • Privacy, truly enforced: Hiding your leaderboard rank, collection, or activity, or excluding your profile from search, now takes full effect and persists. • Rate as you add: Adding a new coffee now includes a quick star rating, enriching the experience for fellow coffee lovers. • Refined cards: Coffee cards now carry the Hawas identity, giving shared screenshots a more polished look. Along with performance improvements and various refinements for a smoother experience.

• Sharper scanning: the scanner now reads the coffee’s actual name instead of the roaster’s slogan, so products are recognized more accurately. • Fixed the “Optional Details” section on the add-coffee screen — the whole row now expands on tap, not just the arrow. • Browse flavors in your language: a redesigned flavor browse with a native Arabic flavor taxonomy, not just a translation. • Public profiles now show your bio and @username. • Reviews: tap a reviewer’s avatar to open their profile, tap a review photo to view it full-screen. Edited reviews update instantly in the activity feed, and the rating number stays on one line on smaller screens. • Activity reactions: you can now switch your reaction, and your own reaction always shows correctly. • More reliable sync: fixed errors that could cause duplicates or leave some collected coffees missing.
