2.1 refines home themes, Atelier, the complete screen, and widgets — keeping your focus waveforms as a quiet archive. PersonalRhythm is a timer for recording your own rhythm of focus and rest, then looking back at it as a visual history. Instead of forcing every session into a fixed template, PersonalRhythm lets you start, pause, resume, and finish in the moment. Each tap leaves a trace of how your focus actually moved through the session. Use it for work, study, creative practice, exercise, reading, or any routine where you want to understand your own pace. Main features: ・A simple timer for switching between focus and rest ・Separate activities for different routines ・Session history with time, weekday, streak, and rhythm insights ・Customizable home themes, colors, text, and start button layout ・Widgets for checking today's rhythm ・Multilingual app display The free version lets you create up to 2 activities. A one-time Atelier purchase hides ads forever and unlocks unlimited activities. It is not a subscription. PersonalRhythm is for people who want to notice their own focus patterns instead of only racing against the clock.

Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Home themes are now official. Classic, Zen, Museum, Ocean, Terminal, and Botanical are free for everyone. Atelier adds Sumi, Chalk, Handwriting, and Photo Polaroid / Cinema / Magazine. The session complete screen now centers on the waveform and a short memo, keeping each session as a quiet record, trace, and archive. A widget now shows today's waveform count and focus time.
