Grooviq 2.1.2 — Hexy teaches the game • Teach us the game — Hexy explains the rules out loud in about a minute. Put the phone in the middle of the table and press play, or open table mode to watch Hexy act it out with picture cards and captions. • Live Hexy for ambassadors — Grooviq ambassadors hosting a table can talk to Hexy and ask follow-up questions out loud. • Ratings pick up where you left off, and hosts can add their events to their calendar. • Invite friends straight from the event page, and remove a connection anytime. • Hosting a table now needs a verified phone number, to keep tables safe. Plus more fixes.

Grooviq 2.1.1 — a fresh event page, starting-soon countdowns, and important fixes • Fixes — phone verification, choosing your city, recording winners, private boards, and connecting Discord work reliably again. • New event page — a big cover up top, the title and date right under it, and Info and Board tabs next to the back button. • Starting soon — your upcoming events count down on Home in the hours before they begin, then show as Live now. • Who Goes First — a redesigned wheel that looks great in light and dark mode. • Recording winners — one simple picker for every table. Co-op games can record a team win or "the game beat us." • Hosting a Grooviq event — see the guest list and tables, send updates, manage the waitlist, and confirm winners right from the app. • Tips — Grooviq ambassadors can let players thank them with a tip after the event. • Email preferences — choose whether you get news and offers by email, in Settings. Plus quicker, shorter answers from Hexy and more fixes.

Grooviq 2.1.0 — browse as a guest, faster sign-up, and @mentions • Browse first — open the app and explore upcoming game events and open tables without an account. Sign in only when you're ready to join or host. • Faster sign-up — a shorter onboarding: phone, a quick 18+ check, pick your city, and you're in. Finish your profile whenever you like. • @mentions on boards — tag friends on event boards with autocomplete; they get a push when you mention them. • Host guest list — tap anyone on your guest list to open their profile, now with photos. • Quicker feeds — Home, Upcoming, and profiles load noticeably faster. • Fresh look — updated Grooviq logo and branding throughout the app. Plus a clearer assessment (single-choice vs. pick-several questions), smoother sign-in on older installs, and more fixes.

Grooviq 2.0.2 — Ask Hexy, multi-game nights, and QR join • Ask Hexy — our mascot is now your rules assistant. Tap Ask Hexy on any event and get short answers mid-game: setup, turns, scoring, edge cases. • Multi-game nights — curated events can put several games on the table. See the whole menu before you register, and ask Hexy about any of them. • Scan to join — a QR code next to Share on every event. Show it at the café or share it as a card. • Hexy seasons — Hexy dresses for the season, rolls in on launch, and shows up on your birthday. • Trophy case — your wins on three shelves, with a month-by-month history on your profile. • Venues up front — the venue name shows before you register; the address and directions unlock the moment you're in. Plus fairer leaderboards (every win counts, no double-counted nights), directions from the Events tab, re-joining after a cancelled seat, and cleaner registration confirmations.

Grooviq 2.0.1 — Discord, every game, sharper matching • Discord — link your account, see new tables the moment they open, and join with one tap right from the server. • Find any game — search a catalog of hundreds of titles, or add your own if it's missing. • Every winner counts — record co-op wins, team wins, and multiple rounds in one night. • Boards per game — private leaderboards can now track a single title. • Ambassadors — meet the hosts who keep the community running. • Smarter matching — the personality quiz now weighs every answer. Plus timezone fixes, cleaner invites, and a fresh set of icons.

Grooviq 2.0 — host your own game nights The biggest update yet: • Host your own tables — private nights at your place or open tables anyone nearby can join. Free or ticketed. • Potluck, sorted — pick a food style, everyone claims a dish, nothing gets forgotten. • Private boards — a leaderboard just for your crew. Every win counts. • Who goes first? — spin the wheel, settle it forever. • Fun facts — add one to your profile, break the ice before the dice. • A fresh look across the whole app, including full dark mode.
