Car HUD Display 2.0 is a new dash. Three designed looks — Instrument, Clarity and Apex — each with eight finishes and four centre layouts: Minimal, Cluster, Command and Ribbon. Save trips on this phone. Finish a drive, keep the route, and share a summary as PNG or PDF, or the path as GPX or CSV. Privacy trim clips the start and end of an export only; stored samples are not changed. Recording runs while the app is on screen. Set a posted limit by dragging the roundel on the dash. The mph scale now goes to 120. Two-finger tap still mirrors the display for the windshield. A short tutorial covers the gestures; replay it from Settings › About. GPS speed, widgets, smart brightness, imperial and metric units, and Flight Mode are still here. This is an auxiliary display — use your vehicle’s instruments, and do not interact with the phone while driving.

You can now use the app in portrait or landscape, pick from three color themes, and choose between three speedometer styles — so the HUD fits your car, your phone mount, and your personal taste. PORTRAIT MODE The HUD is no longer landscape-only. Rotate your iPhone to portrait for a vertical layout that works great on dashboard mounts, vent clips, and everyday phone stands. Landscape is still there when you want the classic wide heads-up look — switch anytime by rotating your device. Speed, widgets, trip controls, and settings all adapt to your orientation. COLOR THEMES Make the display yours with three built-in themes: • Cyan — The classic Car HUD look: cool blue glow, high contrast, and a clean futuristic feel. • Minimal — Subtle white-on-black styling for a restrained, easy-on-the-eyes readout day or night. • Sport — Bold red-and-white accents inspired by performance dashboards. Themes update the full interface — speed readout, widget tiles, buttons, and background glow — for a consistent look across the entire HUD. THREE SPEEDOMETER STYLES Choose how you want to read your speed in Settings: • Minimal — Large numeric speed front and center. Simple, bold, and easy to read at a glance. • Gauge Cluster — Analog-style dial with a sweeping arc and needle for a traditional instrument-panel feel. • Command — Data-forward “mission control” layout with linear gauges for a technical, cockpit-style display. Mix and match: try Sport theme with Gauge Cluster, or Minimal theme with the big number readout — find the combination that works best for you. EVERYTHING YOU ALREADY LOVE All core features are still here: live GPS speed, customizable side widgets (clock, bearing, trip distance, average speed, and more), mirror mode for windshield reflection, smart brightness, imperial and metric units, and Flight Mode for takeoff and landing speed.
