I bought credits then the app started saying error every time I try to create I have 30 credits it won’t let me use

I downloaded this because my daughter downloaded an app like this, and she made me a song. I thought it was like the greatest thing in the entire world made me cry and so I downloaded this app. You can’t record your own voice. There’s no video or anything like that half the time the audio doesn’t work you have to shut off your phone and then turn it back on to get the audio to work and the controls. Don’t always work. This app used all of my points while I was trying to generate videos that did not come through because he kept saying failed in era and it used up all of my points and I did not get a video that worth anything.
