This is the app that is recommended to use for the blood pressure machine that I just ordered and received because of the Bluetooth capabilities of the machine. I have been trying for two days to register this app, And now they have locked me out because of too many attempts. They have sent them an email, But no response so far. I purchased the blood pressure machine because of the Bluetooth capabilities.

I have tried to install this app as it partners with my new (very expensive) tabletop BP monitor. It says it is sending an access key via my phone number but after numerous attempts I have given up for the night. I’ll remove the app download and start again tomorrow. Very disappointing since the medical device seems top notch and cost $$$$!

Tried what seemed like forever to register on my iPhone. I entered the requested info to register but it kept telling me to enter a valid phone number or email. Alphamed, why would you even offer this app let alone print and include in the purchase? Doesn’t even seem you’re trying to fix.

Tried for hours to register a new account. It fails every time with no clear error message. “Get Help” returns a page written entirely in Chinese. The app is supposed to support Alphamed’s expensive blood pressure monitor. Do not buy until the app has been fixed. If at all. No confidence in the company.
