Choose how long you want to disappear. Select a few apps that are allowed. Everything else becomes temporarily blocked so you can focus on real life.
Before each session you set an intention. Spend time with family. Reset your mind. Meditate. Enjoy nature. Simply breathe. While you are away, our little cat sets off on a train journey to a random city. If you complete the session, the journey ends and you receive photos from the trip as memories of your digital escape.
