Duration is calculated automatically. - Change the start time of a timer you started directly from its activity screen, even without an account. - Timer duration now matches what gets saved. It stays frozen during an open pause and includes the paused period after you resume. - Sofi Baby warns you when a breastfeeding, pumping, or tummy time entry overlaps an existing entry. You can cancel or save it anyway.

- Getting started is now a step-by-step flow: create your household, add your baby, and invite a partner or caregiver by email. Joining someone else's household needs only their invite code, and if you reinstall the app, your household is restored before you reach the Home screen. - Stats has two new cards. Avg Nap Time shows how much your baby naps on a day they nap, and the Nap Schedule shows how long each nap of the day usually runs and when it usually starts. - When your baby has been waking consistently earlier than your day start setting, the app now tells you and offers to move it. It also warns you when a manual sleep entry overlaps one already recorded, and asks you to confirm when an early-morning sleep could be either the end of the night or the first nap. - Timeline and Stats now load older date ranges as you scroll back, instead of stopping at recent activity. - The Watch app and the iOS home screen widget are now fully translated.

See time since last activity and today's totals at a glance. Add the complication to your watch face for one-tap access. - Milestones Tracking — Follow your baby's developmental milestones by age group, mark them as achieved, and track progress with a visual checklist on your home screen. - Redesigned Statistics — Pick between Today, 7 Days, or 30 Days. The Today view shows how your baby's day compares to their usual averages. Nap reminders The app now tracks how long your baby has been awake and sends you a push notification when it's time for a nap or bedtime. You set the number of naps and wake window durations in sleep settings — it adjusts by age automatically if you don't want to customize.
