Within the scope of Kaplankaya Facility Management, all financial processes such as pool maintenance, landscaping and technical services, meter readings, and billing can be monitored transparently and in real time through the application.
As part of the Six Senses Kaplankaya Residences integration, homeowners can track all account movements and financial details related to Six Senses in a transparent and up-to-date manner via the Kaplankaya Mobile Application. All requests, reservations, and service records communicated with the residence concierge are consolidated under a single communication channel; past transactions can be reviewed, open requests can be monitored, and feedback processes can be managed through the system.
