I started using this app specifically for the food scanning and logging features, but so far, it’s been really disappointing. The barcode scanner just doesn’t work for me, no matter how I try. And when I search for foods, the results aren’t detailed or accurate—they all seem to show the same generic calorie count, regardless of the specific food I enter. On top of that, I’ve noticed that the templates I create can’t be shared across to other animals, which makes things even less convenient. Honestly, I’m frustrated and feel like my subscription wasn’t worth it. Is there any way to fix these issues?

We also added the missing feature you called out — meal templates can now be shared across all your pets via a new "Shared Library" section, or duplicated to a specific pet. And if a bag still isn't recognized, you can now identify it by photographing the Guaranteed Analysis label. We'd love a second look when you have a moment.

Premium (unlimited pets, the AI health assistant, advanced trends, and vet PDF reports) is now completely optional, with a 7-day free trial. • Log a meal in one tap. Feeding reminders now have a "Log Meal" button right on the notification — no need to open the app. • A friendlier first launch that walks you through getting started in three quick steps. • Fully removed all third-party tracking. No ad networks, no attribution SDKs — your data stays private in your own iCloud. • Fixed a bug that could show a blank screen when logging a meal, plus stability and design improvements throughout.
