Invite by link • Share a community's tournaments, matches and events by link. Anyone who isn't in yet sees a preview first and lands right on the content after joining. • Works without an account too: the link survives sign-up and setup. • When sharing, you can now find everyone on Paero, not just your friends. Tournaments • New: the best third-placed teams can advance. The console shows who goes through and why, and organizers can swap. • Every player gets a notification when the tournament starts. • When joining, you see existing teams first instead of creating a second one by accident. The captain's code also opens a closed team. • A tournament only counts as finished once every match has been played. • Final standings take head-to-head results into account. • The "Lot" label in the table shows how a draw was decided, at any time. • After the quick rating you go straight on to choosing a team. • When creating a tournament, the date is now required and no longer defaults to today. Events • Times now use the time zone of the venue, in notifications too. • The event page is larger and easier to read. • You can release your own item on the bring list again. Communities & chat • If you leave a community where you have a team, the app tells you first what that means. The same goes for organizers removing a member. • Direct chats can be muted and hidden, and hidden chats can be brought back. Also • The search under "Play" now applies to all tabs. • Lots of bug fixes.

Chat • Voice messages: hold to record, swipe up to lock, play back at 1×, 1.5× or 2×. • Send videos (up to 5 minutes) and your location straight into the chat. • Send up to 10 photos at once — they show up as an album. • Photos, files and links appear as a preview first and go out together with your text in one bubble. • Copy messages, reply in match and tournament chats too, and tap a quote to jump to the original. • Pin important chats to the top, mute channels — @-mentions still reach you. • Share links and photos from other apps straight into a Paero chat. • New chat design with bigger bubbles and larger text. • Photos, videos, voice messages and documents are deleted after 90 days; the text stays. Ten days before, a note reminds you to save them. Home • When a tournament or camp is running, it sits right at the top — with your next match, the standings and the chat. • Organisers see what needs doing right now. • The number on the app icon now counts match and tournament chats too, and goes down when you read on your computer. Tournaments • After the last group match the knockout stage starts on its own, and everyone is notified. At the end, Paero announces the winner. • The third-place match can be switched on and off in the organiser console. • Accept or decline entry requests right from the bell. • Tournaments can have an end time; multi-day tournaments stay live until the very end. • After the entry deadline the card says "Registration closed". • Corrected results now move through the bracket correctly. Matches, events & invitations • Times apply at the venue — even if your phone is in a different time zone. • Matches and series can have an optional end time. • "Invite everyone" for community matches, events and tournaments. • Player search finds names from the first letters, last names included. • A request goes out exactly once and can be withdrawn. Communities & camps • Past events live in the history, marked "You were there". • A community's camps appear under "Offered here" — join with one tap. • Accept or decline join requests from the bell. An invite code takes you straight into a closed community. • Deleted camps can be restored for 7 days; their channels stay readable in the archive. Volleyball • New: indoor volleyball as a sport of its own, with its own rating. • Beach, grass and indoor volleyball players see each other's matches. • Tournaments come preset with standard volleyball rules, including the deciding set. Also • If you sign in with email and password, you now confirm your address via a link. Existing accounts have until 30 November. • Paero asks before opening links to outside websites. • Jump from a request straight to the person's profile. • Numerous fixes, especially in chat and tournaments.

Documents in chat • Send PDFs and other files straight into any chat — in a match, a tournament, your community and direct messages. • Files can be forwarded and pinned. • Pinned items stay at the top, however much is written below. Up to five pins per chat. Sharing events • Events can be linked in chat and show up as a tappable card. • Whoever receives such a link gets a notification. • Links inside descriptions are now tappable. Channels • You can see and set who may enter a channel. • Drag channels to reorder them. • Edit a channel, view its members, delete camp channels — all from the channel header. Camps & communities • To outsiders a camp now shows a preview card instead of a locked door — even without an account. • Tournaments that belong to a camp are visible there again. • Leaving a community, or being removed from it, also takes you out of its camps and upcoming events. • New cities arrive without an app update. Tournaments • Correcting a result and taking a result back are two separate actions. • Every result shows who entered it. • Swap courts instead of overwriting an assignment. • Court cards show the round ("Group A · Round 2/3") and briefly highlight new fixtures. • The home screen carries a band with the tournaments running right now. • Costs accept a comma, per person or per team. Also • Being removed from a team is now reported to the person concerned. • Many places reported success although nothing had happened — fixed. • The keyboard closes as soon as you tap the conversation. • Numerous fixes around communities, camps and events.

Invitations • An invitation no longer interrupts you at launch. It waits as a note on your home screen and in the bell. • The invited content itself now carries the invitation — instead of the generic join button, which would have started a new team of your own. • The bell separates updates from requests. A dot marks the tab when something is waiting for your answer. • Accepted or obsolete invitations disappear on their own. Sharing • Send content straight to your Paero friends — as a tappable card in chat, no detour through another app. • Sharing to WhatsApp, mail and the rest stays right next to it. Tournaments • A guided tour explains running a tournament in nine stops — from the roadmap through every icon in the header to the wrap-up. The normal tournament page has a short tour of its own. • Tournaments can be private (link only) or run on request, with the organiser deciding on every entry. • Women's, men's and mixed tournaments with their own quota. • Draw groups by skill, at random or by hand — on a board where teams can be dragged. • On a tie: points, then difference, then the head-to-head — and only then the draw, as its own visible moment. • Byes, final standings, and the tournament file as PDF or CSV. • You may enter two teams of the same tournament — after a clear confirmation. Matches & communities • The plus button for creating things now sits in the header, where you look for it. • Events can have a participant limit. • Fixed date and filter issues in communities. • Images from chat can be saved. Also • Fairer ELO ranking with a FIDE-style cap. • Sign-up and profile are labelled more clearly: optional fields are marked as optional. • Stronger protection for content inside closed communities and camps. • Many smaller improvements and bug fixes.

The whole tournament day, start to finish • Draw and manage groups – by hand, at random or by strength. Uneven groups are fine, empty ones are not. • Fair tie-breaking. When teams are level, point difference decides, and for two teams their head-to-head. If that still won't settle it, lots are drawn – and you watch the draw instead of guessing. • Every set in the bracket. 21-19, 15-21, 21-18 now show in full, with the winning set highlighted. Pinch to zoom the bracket. • Final standings match the live table – wins, draws, lin one view. • As an organiser you can still open your tournament settings after the start, and you see at a glance when more teams are in than planned. • Reworked create menu, cleaner score entry and several bug fixes

Tournaments • Double elimination now follows the official rulebook — including a decider match when the winner from the losers' bracket wins the final. • Team management rebuilt: capacity at a glance, one roster with guests and open slots, and a visible invite code. • A team's actions now sit in a menu — nothing gets cut off any more. • Under-sized teams can be marked ready to start individually. • The bracket appears once on the page instead of twice. Calendar • Add matches, events and tournaments to your own calendar. • In the month view the whole day is tappable, not just the number. Communities • Everyone who is allowed to join a group match can now see who is already in — not only the players who signed up. • The group preview opens reliably instead of bouncing between preview and group. • Opening a group match to outside players works again. Chat • Direct chats show your counterpart's profile picture at the top again. • Images open and close cleanly in full screen, without flicker. • Dismiss the keyboard by dragging the message list down. Also • Many refinements and bug fixes.

Double elimination tournaments Losing a match no longer means you're out: in double elimination you carry on in the losers bracket, and only a second defeat ends your run. As the organiser you decide up to which round a second chance applies. • New bracket view: see at a glance who drops from the main bracket into the losers bracket. The connections build up as results come in — with zoom for larger tournaments. • Switch straight between the live table and the bracket. • Swiss system: every round is drawn afresh, so evenly matched teams meet. For organisers • A dedicated tournament console that opens right away and is clearly set apart from the participant view. • Edit teams during a running tournament: if someone drops out injured, add a replacement without rebuilding the tournament. • A clear notice when no courts have been set up — without them no match can be called. • A message as soon as the group stage is complete and the knockout round is ready. Entering results • Sets can now be removed again, not just added. Also • Communities load faster, and data that is nobody's business outside the group stays where it belongs. • Many fixes — among them an issue where the app could freeze after a tournament final was recorded.

Tournaments • Organizers can correct any result afterwards, with the exact score — the previous entry stays visible while you do it. • You can also set a winner that differs from the sets, e.g. after a retirement or a no-show. • Corrected results are properly recalculated in the ranking. • Reworked organizer console and live view, plus tournament reports as PDF and CSV. Communities • Events can now be created directly in a community — not just tournaments. • Groups show the number of unread messages instead of just a dot. • Chat with reactions, replies and @-mentions. Playing • New player search by city, sport and skill level. • Before your first ranked match in a sport you complete a short skill assessment — that keeps the rating fair for everyone. • Bring a guest without an account: the match then runs unrated, and that is shown on the match. Also • Fresh design across home, play and community. • Events in other years now show the year. • Export your data and delete your account right from settings. • Many refinements and bug fixes.

English • Tournament pack: export the full tournament structure as PDF or CSV — including rounds that haven't been played yet • Invite links now reliably open the app directly instead of the browser • Tournament series can now be shared, and team invites include a link to the tournament • New: export your own data as a file (Settings → Account) • Deleting your account now removes all associated data completely • New toggle for recommendations & news in notification settings • "Delete chat" is now "Hide" — with a clearer explanation of what happens • The app no longer asks for location permission • Improved protection of personal profile data, plus various bug fixes
