Ok the thing i love is you don't shoot a material, you shoot whatever catches your eye, a landscape, a room where the colors just worked, and Kulay turns it into a mood board of actual materials. Real finishes you could spec, zellige, walnut, velvet, carrara. Not vague color chips. Then you mess with it, swap stuff, warm a tone, kill the one that's wrong, until it's yours. And it points you at the makers who actually make it, so it's not a dead end. Fast, tactile, clearly built by people who get how we work. Just get it!

Really appreciated the tutorial in the beginning! Currently doing a bathroom remodel, and having to go back and forth on Pinterest ideas to figure out what I like, then realizing I have no idea what I actually want because I never considered materials or color options has been exhausting. It’s been very convenient to have a design app with all these tools and descriptions in one place for me to organize my inspirations and ideas more efficiently :-)

I love that I can upload my own materials for my mood boards, and not just pick from the brands that the app has chosen!

Super helpful if you have a bunch of big ideas but don’t know how to organize them into something cohesive! Love Kulay so fun use!
