IMPORTANT FOR EXISTING USERS State contract templates, the automatic California cancellation notice, state-based down payment limits and alerts, and the state payment-schedule warning have been removed. Text that exactly matched a bundled template is removed from editable terms. Terms you wrote or changed are preserved. Review your terms in Settings → Terms Library. If you use FieldDeck on multiple devices, update every device before editing terms. NEW • Scan a receipt or choose a photo. On-device text recognition suggests the amount, date, and vendor; review and edit before saving. Track expenses by job and category (Pro). Expenses do not change the customer’s total. • Create your own reusable blocks in Terms Library. One block is free; multiple blocks and file attachments require Pro. Attachments are shared alongside the PDF. • Issue & Lock saves a numbered copy of an estimate or invoice. Later edits create a new version; you can reshare an earlier copy from the device where it was saved. • A shorter setup, first-estimate guide, and updated Before/After Marketing Studio make it easier to get started and show your work.
