Maintenance work orders • Fleet & Units has a new Maintenance tab: see upcoming work orders, filter by unit or status, and create one from the fleet list or a unit. • Open a work order to see the unit, crew, status, map, clock-in, forms, evidence, field tickets, and notes. Change its status right there. Field Tickets • A job can have more than one field ticket. Open an existing one or create another for a different day or crew. • Edit a ticket's Date In and Date Out. Tap either date on a draft ticket to change it. • Pick the validator signature and the ticket photo from your photo library, in addition to taking a photo or uploading a file. • Fixed: opening an older ticket on a job showed a blank, locked ticket. Jobs • Change a job's start and end dates from Job Details, as long as the job is not completed. • Job cards and work order cards now show the job number. Stay signed in • Your session refreshes in thno longer sent to the loginscreen for no reason. A brief network hiccup will not sign you out. Also • Dates and times are shown in2-hour) in every language. • Stream Overview shows time-off details and pages through older activity.

This update makes forms easier to reach and unit records easier to navigate: - Assign a form to a job right from the job screen — tap "Add form" to browse templates and attach one on the spot. - Unit details are now organized into tabs: General, Usage, Maintenance, and Attachments. - Open and complete unit forms directly from the new Attachments tab on any unit.

Offline work, now fully visible. Tap the offline banner to see everything waiting to sync: clock-ins, clock-outs, checkpoints and end-of-shift entries, grouped by job. Sync manually when automatic sync fails, or clear entries that won't go through. Close a shift without signal. It saves on your device and uploads when you reconnect. More reliable app startup on Android and smoother clock-out screens.

Your personal documentation, now in the app. Complete the forms assigned to you — onboarding paperwork, certifications, policy acknowledgements and ongoing personnel records — directly from your phone. • Forms assigned to you personally now appear alongside your company's forms, under Profile › Fill your documentation. • Attach photos and files, sign on-screen, and fill in dates and multi-row tables. • Already submitted something? Reopen it and update it as your documentation changes. Your company and personal records stay separate, even when they use the same form. Offline mode is here. Keep working when you lose signal: • Your jobs list and job details stay available offline, using data saved the last time you were connected. • Clock in, clock out and end your shift with no connection. It's all saved on your device and syncs automatically once you're back online. • Clear banners show when you're viewing saved data and when a shift is still waiting to sync. Also in this release: • New Jobs tab — your jobs, work time and clock-in controls now have their own tab. Supervisors tab with the live crew and fleet dashboard. • Work time now displays seconds. • Fixed: the note field in the Evidence Book no longer hides behind the keyboard. • Fixed: date fields in forms no longer default to today, so your answers reflect the real date. • Fixed: push notifications re-register reliably after switching companies.

What's new in this version Pricebooks on jobs Choose a pricebook when creating a job — from the OX create-job flow or directly on the field ticket — and field tickets use its pricing automatically. Add services and materials straight from the pricebook, each shown at the correct price for its rate type (Hourly, Daily, and so on). Suggested items now match the rate type you selected, so the price and label always agree. Custom fields on field tickets Capture details like Well names directly on a draft field ticket. Filled-in values appear on the field ticket PDF and carry over to the invoice automatically. Correct field ticket numbers everywhere Draft tickets now show their real number (e.g. FT-2026-017) in the list, the details header, and the generated PDF — no more blank or dashed numbers. Clearer job labels Evidence books, notes, and chat now display real job names and numbers instead of internal ID fragments. Field tickets on client-less jobs You can now create a field ticket on a job that doesn't have a client assigned yet. Fixes and improvements Clearer permission messages when creating tickets, removal of a misleading payment-terms row, and general reliability improvements.

Field Tickets — simpler and faster • Creating a field ticket is now a single step: tap Field Ticket and go straight to the ticket, whether or not one already exists. • Items already on the job appear as one-tap "Suggested from this job" shortcuts, right next to the full searchable catalog. Faster pickers when creating a job • The client, contact, location, and service pickers now show your full lists the moment you tap them — no need to type first. Start typing anytime to filter. • Adding items to a field ticket shows your whole services and consumables catalog right away. Field Tickets — clearer details • Every field ticket now shows its ticket number (like FT-2026-017) in the tickets list and on the ticket screen. • Removed a confusing "Payment Terms" line that could display a date you never set. Smoother forms Typing • The field you're typing in now stays visible above the keyboard, so it never hides what you're entering. • A new Done button and a swipe-down gesture let you close the keyboard without accidentally tapping other fields. Clearer required fields • If something required is missing when you submit, we now show you exactly which fields — all in one place — instead of failing with no message. • Required fields are clearly marked, including in tables, which now show when they need at least one row. Plus reliability improvements.

Field ticket item quantities now accept decimal values (up to 2 decimal places) via an editable input. Field ticket item search now covers the full active services and consumables catalog, not just items attached to the job. Field ticket item search now triggers after 3 characters (previously 6). Field ticket line items display the rate-type unit label instead of a generic "UoM" placeholder.

Field ticket PDFs just got better. They now render with your company logo, signatures, and custom fields applied consistently every time — and download faster. Plus stability improvements.
