Place singles and a parlay together Single Picks and Parlay are now two views of one slip with one Place button that submits everything you've staked — no more rebuilding your parlay after placing singles. Anything you leave unstaked simply isn't placed. See the whole league's picks, live My Picks has a new League tab listing every player's full ballot, tinted green/red/yellow as results land. It stays sealed until your own picks lock; before that you get a countdown and how many ballots are in. Read it as cards or as a grid, with search and jump-to filters (Top 5, Different from me, Still out). Pick'em leagues only. Share your week as an image Share recap now opens a sheet: pick a format, preview the actual card, then copy the link or save the picture. Link preview unfurls into a wide card in iMessage, Slack and X. Square and story sizes are there for Instagram, which doesn't unfurl links. Cards show your own week and finishing position and name nobody else. Compare picks during the week Tapping a player on the leaderboard now opens the week in progress by default. Only settled picks are ever shown, so it can't be used to copy anyone. A full-screen wager pad Tapping a wager field opens its own screen: the bet as a proper card, the amount as the largest thing on it, and a commit button that names what it does ("Stake 25 pts"). Stake All shows what one amount returns on every pick at its own price. Team names show in full where they fit and abbreviate where they don't. Add more picks from Review & Stake A + Add more picks button takes you back to the board. Selections and typed wagers are exactly as you left them. Every card says what the score meant for the bet "SEA won by 2, short by 1.5." "NYG lost by 3, covered by 4.5." Live games read in the present tense. Cleaner pick cards About a third shorter, with kickoff times in a straight column, settled picks filled and pending ones outlined, and three columns on wide screens. Parlay legs each carry their own score and clock. Lost picks say "No points" instead of leaving a gap. "Picks Locked" is now a chip with its reason instead of a button that did nothing. Redesigned weekly recap Opens on your week instead of the champion's: your score and a plain-language line saying what it meant ("You went 2–3–1 and finished 2nd of 3, 1 point behind Phill G"), with the week's top three beside it. Your picks are a table now, with both teams named in the final score. League Trends uses colour for outcomes only. The heading names the week you're looking at. Ranks read 1st, 2nd, 3rd Everywhere the app states a place — podium, standings, Your Rank, home screen. Ties read T2nd, and the teens are correct. Fixes Survivor leagues: the leaderboard is reachable on a phone again. Board is back in the tab bar, Survivor moves to More. Plain pick'em leagues: the weekly Recap is reachable on a phone. The recap's My Picks / League Trends switcher scrolls with the page instead of hiding with the nav. The pre-signup demo leaderboard now uses the real standings component, including correct tie handling.

Submitting picks and creating or joining a league now have animations too.

Public leagues are open, 50-player leagues you can join straight from the lobby — no invite code, no password, no waiting on a commissioner to let you in and when one fills, the next one opens on its own, so there is always a seat somewhere. Browse them from Public Leagues in the lobby: each card shows how full it is (31/50), and Rules opens the exact scoring, deadlines and bankroll settings that league will play by, before you commit to it rather than after. Leagues that are already full collapse behind a toggle instead of vanishing, so you can still see how close a pool is to spawning its next one, and members of a full league can still find their way back into it. The weekly champion framing is the point: a new winner every week means joining in November is not joining something you have already lost. Nobody runs a public league. They have no commissioner, because there is nobody who could fairly be handed the power to remove 49 strangers or rewrite the scoring halfway through a season; the settings are fixed when the league is created and stay that way. There is no chat and no direct messages in them either, and that is deliberate rather than unfinished: 50 people who have never met is not the room a group chat is built for, and the safest version of it is the one that does not exist. The Chat tab stays visible and shows as locked rather than disappearing — a tab that vanishes reads as a bug, a locked one reads as a rule — and tapping it says so. This is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the app, so it holds regardless of what any client tries to send. Custom profile photos are off in public leagues too, for the same reason: an avatar is the one thing 50 strangers can put in front of each other without typing a word. You can still set a display name for the league, and still use a trophy you have actually won as your picture — the things you earned travel with you, the things you uploaded do not. Your leagues list marks these with a PUBLIC badge so a public league is never mistaken for one your friends set up, and drops the season from the name — while it is the only season on screen, "NFL Pick'em #2" is the useful half of "NFL Pick'em 2026 #2". At the end of a season a public league is archived rather than deleted: it stops accepting picks, still shows in your lobby marked as ended, and next season's replacement opens alongside it, so your history stays where you left it. Also the header and footer will now be hidden when scrolling down and show back up when scrolling back up for more room to make picks.
