Each website remembers its own zoom, and notes keep one comfortable size for all. • Remembers Where You Put It: SideHover comes back on the same edge, display and height. It finds its place again when you connect or disconnect a display, and tucks away completely even with the Dock on the same side. • Steps Aside for Other Apps: Pages you open in your browser and links to the App Store now appear in front, while SideHover tucks itself away. • Stays Open While You Type: Writing a note? SideHover won't slide away if the pointer drifts off. Press Esc to tuck it away. • Easier Resizing: Grab any edge to resize without the window slipping away. What's New in SideHover 2.2 • Fresh New Icon: The app icon now matches the menu bar icon — a clean, recognisable look in your Dock. • Global Shortcut, Fixed: Set a keyboard shortcut to show and hide SideHover from anywhere. It now works right away, with no extra permissions. Find it in Settings › Global Shortcut. • Smooth Slide: SideHover glides in and out at the screen edge. Prefer it instant? Turn it off in Settings › General. • Better Show and Hide: When you open SideHover from the Dock, the menu bar or your shortcut, it stays out while you use it — and tucks itself away if you just take a quick look. Hide now tucks it back to the edge, so hovering always brings it back. • Resizable Note List: Drag the divider between your notes and the editor to make the list wider or narrower. Double-click it to reset. • Clear Cookies & Site Data: Settings › Clear Cache now removes all website data and signs you out of every site, asks before it does, and refreshes open pages right away.
